BAC Receives Award From Marine Corps League
On February 18, 2023, State Commandant of the Department of Florida, Lieutenant Colonel Scott Westervelt (USMC, retired), was proud to recognize BAC along with BAC employee and past Brevard County Detachment 513 Marine Commandant, Vincent Howard, for their generous support and donation to the 2022 Marine Corps League National Convention held in August at the Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort.

Melbourne Receives Financial Reporting Award
The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to the City of Melbourne for its annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2021. The report has been judged by an impartial panel to meet the high standards of the program, which includes demonstrating a constructive "spirit of full disclosure" to clearly communicate its financial story and motivate potential users and user groups to read the report.
