BUSINESS ADVOCACY

Uniting Business. Advancing Brevard.

Our Business Advocacy Committee lobbies for key issues that impact Melbourne and Brevard County’s business community. In keeping with the Melbourne Regional Chamber’s mission, the Business Advocacy Committee’s main focus is protecting the business friendly climate of Melbourne, as we work in conjunction with all the chambers across Brevard County.

When creating and running a new business, you likely do not have the extra time necessary to commit to governmental relations. That is exactly why we’re here! While you’re engulfed in entrepreneurship, we work to keep you aware of anything coming down the pipeline that could be consequential to the business you are building.

Friends, if you’re looking to become a member of a chamber that has your interests at heart and lobbies on your behalf, you’ve landed in exactly the right place!

What we do

The Business Advocacy Committee has a single goal – to keep Melbourne and
Brevard County business friendly.

Committee Membership

Participation in the Business Advocacy Committee is open to all Melbourne Regional Chamber partners. Committee members include businesses and organizations with strong interests in the political process, business professionals, elected officials, and individuals seeking a voice in the governmental process.

Our advocacy strategies are informed by the needs of our committee members, developed by a core group of professionals, approved by our diverse Board, and driven by our leadership team. For more information about our Business Advocacy Committee, please contact Michael Ayers at:
