AMBASSADORS

Ambassadors act as liaisons among new partners, the chamber and the business community. They welcome our partners and help them navigate the ins and outs of the chamber programs and events so they can take advantage of all the benefits chamber partnership has to offer. If you are a current chamber partner and are interested in becoming an ambassador, please contact Nisha Westerman.

A Message From Our Ambassador Chair

The Melbourne Regional Chamber ambassadors are a highly visible, prestigious group of professional volunteers from various backgrounds who serve as liaisons among the Chamber Board of Directors, staff and members. This energetic group helps maintain contact with other Chamber members while championing the Chamber’s brand. The goal of the Ambassador Program is to encourage meaningful engagement with the Chamber’s mission, initiatives, and programs for new and existing members, and to build member value and increase member retention. Its core focus is to develop and enhance member and prospective member connections.

Ambassadors are essential front-line representatives of the Melbourne Regional Chamber at events, and they help to ensure all members receive the maximum benefit from their investment. Ambassadors act as public liaisons for the Melbourne Regional Chamber, help new Chamber members and investors feel at home, and provide Chamber staff with much-needed volunteer support.

“I am excited to lead the talented and passionate Ambassador team to help our new and existing Partners navigate the Chamber’s many opportunities to network and grow their businesses. I have been a Melbourne Regional Chamber member since 2018, and on the Ambassador team since 2019. I encourage all business owners to join a local Chamber and get involved. It is professionally and personally rewarding!”

Sincerely,
Alan Bernstein, Ambassador Chair, 2024
