I'm very grateful to both the staff and the existing volunteer leadership because it's opened a lot of doors for personal friendships and business relationships. If you care about our community, there is a place for you within the Chamber to express that and contribute.
When we first launched the business, I needed to come up with effective ways to get connected in the community that would be beneficial for the company.
The relationships from the chamber accounted for about 30 percent of our revenue in 2020. In terms of a dollar amount, that would be right around $150K.
I see the chamber as a place to get plugged in, build relationships, and network…On the other hand, I’m really seeing the chamber as a place to give back.

The chamber allows us to connect with businesses around us directly. Our organization helps women who live in the shadows of Brevard County, so it's important to be visible for them. Having other local businesses who are members of the chamber connect with us and support us as donors, partners, and sponsors is critical to our survival.
