Our auditorium and conference rooms are available exclusively to Chamber members in good standing. Whether it’s a team meeting, interviews, or a workshop, we’ve got you covered!
Booking Details:

Reservations require full payment and signing our rental agreement.

Available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM (other times possible based on staff availability).
What’s Included & What to Bring:

Rooms come with a projector and HDMI screen.

Please bring your own flip charts, supplies, and refreshments.

You’re responsible for setting up and cleaning the room after use. Please leave it tidy! A $50 cleaning fee may be charged if the room isn’t cleaned properly.
Usage Guidelines:

Rooms are for internal, non-profit company use only (no political, religious, or profit-making events).

No smoking or alcohol inside the building.

Confetti, glitter, and soap bubbles are not allowed.
Cancellations & Changes:

Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

The Chamber may cancel with 21 days’ notice due to urgent needs; rescheduling or full refund available.
