Global Real Estate Advisor Danielle Caneva is originally from San Diego and loves nothing more than a life near the ocean. When she first came to Cocoa Beach in 2018, she knew she had to make it her home because of the opportunities offered in the area to live life to the fullest, from a day at Disney to watching space launches on the beach.
Danielle grew up near the ocean in San Diego, CA and graduated from the University of San Diego before commissioning in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force she learned that hard work, tireless dedication, and attention to detail are key to success. She went on to obtain a Master’s in Arts from American Military University in Intelligence Studies, a Master’s in Science from National Intelligence University in Strategic Intelligence, and a PhD in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands. While she continues to serve as an Air Force Officer in the Reserves, she also works on Cape Canaveral as an Air Force civilian.
Having grown up surrounded by real estate with many of her immediate family members, as well as purchased and sold houses of her own in four states, she now directly applies her sense of service to her career in real estate. She became a realtor to be able to provide the best experience for her clients, using the knowledge she has gained through decades of exposure to the industry to ensure her clients find not just a house, but a home.
Danielle has travelled the world with work, and now enjoys the tranquility of watching the sunsets with her husband, dog, and cat on the beach in her signature Lilly Pulitzer.
