Connections Coordinator, Macy Monroe

As connections coordinator, Monroe helps oversee membership retention, staying in touch with current members, onboarding new members and organizing ribbon cuts. Prior to joining the chamber, Monroe worked as a property manager and as a customer service representative in the banking industry.

Of her current role Monroe said, “I have always wanted to work at the chamber because it is a business that serves the community. We are here to help build and connect both big and small businesses in the area so this town and the people living here can thrive.”

Monroe is a licensed real estate agent and is active in the Brevard Zoo’s Women of the Wild program.

She graduated in 2015 from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
