The Brevard Cultural Alliance is thrilled to announce the appointment of Catherine Esrock as its new Executive Director, effective January 2nd. Ms. Esrock brings a wealth of experience, a passion for the arts, and a proven commitment to accessibility and inclusion in cultural institutions.

Catherine Esrock holds a BA in Communication Science and Disorders from Baylor University and an MA in Museum Studies with a focus on management, specializing in accessibility and inclusion, from The George Washington University. Currently serving as the Public Program Manager at Vero Beach Museum of Art, Ms. Esrock has demonstrated exceptional leadership in her previous roles, including Education Curriculum Manager for Kennedy Space Center and Interpretation Communications and Development Associate for Dr. Pepper Museum and Free Enterprise Institute.

Ms. Esrock’s dedication to the cultural sector extends beyond her professional roles, as evidenced by her active involvement in esteemed organizations such as the American Alliance of Museums, Florida Association of Museums, Junior League of South Brevard, Museum Studies Students Association, Virginia Museum Associations, Museum Association of Waco, and the National Charity League.

Throughout her career, Ms. Esrock has made significant contributions to the field, championing accessibility, education, and community engagement. Her unique background, coupled with her lifelong personal history of participating in and appreciating the arts, positions her as an ideal leader for Brevard Cultural Alliance.

“I am honored to join the Brevard Cultural Alliance and contribute to the vibrant cultural landscape of this community,” said Catherine Esrock. “I am excited to work collaboratively with the board, staff, and the community to enhance and promote the arts in Brevard County.”
