Tied Together of the Space Coast Wins $5,000 Award

Congratulations to Tied Together of the Space Coast on winning the 2020 Spirit Award from Truist Financial! The organization was selected among 1,700 entries nationwide and placed 7th in the competition.

Tied Together was awarded $5,000 in support of their mission, which is "influencing young men in their early adult development toward a positive self image and self worth, building confidence to stand tall as an individual."

The award stated, "The passion for the support you provide is obvious... What you are doing matters, and we are encouraged by the various ways you continue to lend your assistance."

Prior to the pandemic, Tied Together has served more than 6,000 students on the Space Coast through the help of 300 volunteers, including MRC President & CEO, Michael Ayers (photos from 2019-2020).
