William and Maegan Clark, The Clark Team, have joined the highly successful firm of Dale Sorensen Real Estate Brevard (DSRE).

William Clark, a proud Rhode Island native, made the sunshine state his home in 2005. After earning a degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Will dedicated several years to serving his country as an active-duty, Security Forces Officer in the United States Air Force. He served as a nuclear weapons security specialist and tactical convoy commander, in North Dakota ensuring the highest levels of security for some of the United States of America’s most critical assets. William also performed contingency operations in Southwest Asia ensuring the security for US and NATO forces and their assets, before completing his full-time duties here on the Space Coast. Today, he continues to serve part-time in the Air Force Reserves at Patrick Space Force Base and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, ensuring the world’s accessibility to space.

Having lived in Brevard County for over a decade, William has developed a deep connection to the area, where he is now raising three wonderful children with his wife, Maegan. His background as a professional military officer, coupled with his training and experiences in law enforcement, including a tenure as a police officer for the city of Melbourne, has equipped him with invaluable skills in communication, negotiation and conflict resolution. These experiences have honed his ability to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions, ensuring his clients receive the highest level of service and support.

William’s passion for aviation—rooted in his early experiences flying airplanes and then later skydiving, complements his professional life, as he remains enthusiastic about all things related to flight. This love of aviation combined with his professional experience in the space and aerospace sectors, formed his understanding of the unique needs of clients in the Space Coast area, particularly those connected to the aerospace industry.

Maegan Clark, originally from Oklahoma, brings her own rich background to The Clark Team. Maegan joined the United States Navy at 17 years old, quickly stood out among her peers and was selected to serve in the engineering section of her ship as a Damage Controlman. She performed duties critical to preventing accidents; and was specially trained in firefighting, ship stability and chemical, radiological and biological warfare defense. Maegan embodied the “Ship Before Self” mentality during 5 deployments from California to Southeast Asia aboard the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS Howard where she earned multiple US Navy and Joint-Service awards. This service preceded her appointment to serve as a corrections officer at a military prison in Jacksonville, FL. The unique training and experience gained during these duties instilled in her a strong sense of discipline and adaptability.

After her military service, Maegan excelled in various customer service, logistics, and management roles in the aviation sector. Maegan worked closely with both VIP and traditional, commercial travelers, their aircraft, and crew. She was directly responsible for the safe operations of both a commercial and private terminal. Maegan oversaw and executed operations associated with aircraft departures, arrivals and parking, fuel truck dispatch, baggage handling, aircraft cargo loading, marshalling, terminal security and international customs declarations processing. She served in these capacities all while starting and supporting a family.

Maegan relocated back to Florida, from North Dakota more than 10 years ago, and joined the Melbourne Police Department. Her time at MPD was primarily spent in the uniformed patrol division; however, she also assisted the criminal investigations division frequently, during narcotics and other undercover sting operations. Maegan’s overseas, military, aviation customer service, logistics, and criminal investigations experience, coupled with her love of improv stage acting, have firmly established her as a disciplined, flexible and wildly diverse real estate professional. She possesses commitment to providing exceptional service… this and her ability to remain calm and focus the strictest levels of attention to detail in high stress situations, uniquely positions her to dominate everything she focuses on!

Together, Will and Maegan have formed a strong and dynamic real estate team that is deeply committed to achieving success for their clients’ real estate needs. Their complementary skill sets and shared values of integrity, hard work, and community involvement have earned them a reputation for excellence. With a focus on delivering personalized service, catered to the unique demands of each transaction, they strive to make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible.
