Ribbon Cutting Request Form

Preferred scheduling is Monday through Friday, no later than 12Noon on Fridays, to promote maximum Chamber participation. Other days may be scheduled, but may significantly impact Chamber participation.

When selecting a date for your Ribbon Cutting ceremony, please keep in mind that a two-week minimum notice is requested. The more advanced notice we receive, the greater likelihood of securing your preferred date and attaining the maximum attendance by Chamber Leaders.

  • Provide ribbon and over-sized scissors for ribbon cutting photograph
  • Promote Event on Chamber website and in weekly communications
  • Make Announcement to Chamber Ambassadors, Board of Directors and Public Officials (Those who are able will attend the event)
  • Take photographs and provide you with copies after the event. (Photos will appear on Chamber website and in communications)
  • Provide R.S.V.P. headcount for Chamber participation
