Executive Committee
The Executive Committee refines the issues and creates the agenda for the monthly board meetings. Membership is comprised of: Chamber President, and volunteer positions: Chamber Chair, Past Chair, Division Vice Chairs, Treasurer, Corporate Counsel and Financial Consultant.

Board of Directors
The elected Board of Directors develops and executes the policies of the Chamber as well as the objectives set forth in the Mission Statement and the annual Business Plan.
